Sunken Revvia is a battlefield between three entities – the hobgoblin warlord General Krash, the cult of Vrys, and a terrible black dragon named Ouryvax the Sallowsworn who commands trolls and stone giants out of the ruin called Omen's End.
Krash will give the location of the Ruined Keep of Grayon if the characters slay Ouryvax the Sallowsworn.
Vrys will give the location of the Ruined Keep if the characters promise to use the key to return them back to the heavens.
A kobold village named Fallen Avantys serves as a refuge for kobolds among the warring factions of Sunken Revvia.
Followers of Vrys worship the celestial at the ruins of a tower called Gray Reach.
When the Nameless King claimed the lands above more than a thousand years ago, Revvia became one of his primary residences, and an enclave of servants, soldiers, thralls, and other low folk.
Mages, warlocks, and sorcerers devoted to the Nameless King conducted fell experiments, rituals, and conjurations in Revvia, creating or summoning monsters of terrible power and disposition.
Dozens of humanoid and monstrous warlords have attempted to rule over Sunken Revvia in recent centuries, but have been destroyed to the last.
Before the coming of the Nameless King, a battle was fought in Revvia by the fiendish blue dragon Xrake the Relentless and the archmage Tryvanus of Krate. Their conflict tore a rift in the city known as Xrake’s Scar.
Knights of the nameless king have opened a portal to Arkus in sunken Revvia.
